Summary of Job Duties:
The Digital Design and Development Manager serves as the technical webmaster for the Sam M. Walton College of Business. This role oversees the management of digital content, website maintenance, design, performance analytics, user experience, site navigation, quality assurance, and data capture. The manager will lead a small team, ensuring that our digital presence meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and functionality.Key Responsibilities
• Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the college's website (Walton.uark.edu) and web pages, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Design & Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop website features that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to inform strategies for improvement, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics.
• User Experience: Optimize site navigation and user experience through ongoing testing and user feedback and ensures website is universally accessible, including compliance with American Disabilities Act standards and accessibility by mobile devices.
