MSX International is currently seeking qualified candidates to lead our bpro Parts Program Distribution Field Team. Use your expertise to lead a team of Automotive Parts Experts to expand the automotive parts distribution network for a Premier Automaker in the US.
The bpro Parts Program Team Lead will be focused on building and maintaining a highly motivated, results driven sales organization representing our client to grow dealership bpro parts internally and externally in their respective markets. This position will work with selected Dealerships and Dealer Groups to grow bpro parts sales throughout their networks.
The bpro Parts Program Team Lead will:
Construct market and account plans,
Collect and disseminate real-time account/competitive information

SUMMARY:
The bpro Parts Program Team Lead will provide comprehensive program support for their assigned region. The primary focus of the bpro Parts Program Team Lead will be to assist the Dealer, MSX field staff, and Mopar's Regional aftermarket sales team to drive immediate short-term sales growth through the Dealer and aftermarket distribution channels. A secondary focus will be placed on building direct relationships with Dealership hierarchy, aftermarket installers, fleets, and commercial accounts while liaising with stakeholders in the Dealer and Corporate organizations. This is a professional level, supervisory position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The bpro Parts Program Team Lead will be highly experienced professional thoroughly familiar with the North American automotive aftermarket. The primary focus will be on selling bpro products Dealer network and aftermarket channels, with a secondary focus on building relationships between these parties with FCA and Dealer Network. The position is remote and may require travel throughout the continental US. This individual will report to the MSXI Director and Mopar Aftermarket Account Team Leads responsible for Dealer representation. The bpro Parts Program Team Lead will be responsible for oversight of travel, sales presentation preparation, presentation of standardized call reports, and overall communications with all involved parties.
The bpro Parts Program Team Lead responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develop, implement and maintain a national automotive parts sales and distribution program through the dealer network.
Recruit, hire and retain top automotive wholesale parts personnel
Act as the primary client liaison for the assigned project.
Coordinate communication, manage assigned resources and report to Executive Management.
Create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Hands on – production of reports, scorecards other deliverables and analysis.
Tracks project deliverables, issues, risks and action items.
Manage project data accuracy, timeliness, overall work product - set up and execute QA process and peer reviews.
Work and collaborate with client teams to meet project level financial goals, estimate resource requirement and staffing effectiveness for the successful completion of scope and identify constraints
Develop content in accordance with client CI, contractual obligations and project direction. Includes tools, guides and presentations.
Negotiate and manage client commitments and expectations
Closely monitor program objectives and provide critical performance feedback
Provide program oversight and direction with a client centric approach
Drive performance of team to satisfy and exceed program goals and objectives
