We are recruiting for a Senior Program Manager; it is a career rewarding opportunity to join Qorvo’s High Performance Analog (HPA Business with annual revenue of approximately $700 million. The incumbent will be a key member of the Defense & Aerospace Services Team supporting custom advanced package product development for multiple customers in the Commercial and Defense & Aerospace market segments.  The incumbent will utilize technical, business, marketing, and collaborative skills as they interface with both internal and external customers on exciting new products.  This position will be based in Richardson, TX. 

 

 

Senior Program Manager – Defense & Aerospace Services
Responsibilities:

• Interface with internal and external customers regarding Advanced Package development and production for fabrication at Qorvo.
• Lead/Manage/Support business proposals and pricing for Customer requests
• Develop, Analyze, and Maintain Advanced Package pricing consistent with commercial business
• Support Monthly/Quarterly/Annual business reviews with respect to Advanced Packaging
• Ensure timely Customer support addressing inquiries on: Advanced Packages Design Kits, layout rules, design input procedures and DC/RF Testing  
• Lead/Participate on projects supporting Advanced Package initiatives towards improving cycle-time, productivity, business growth, and overall improved interface for both our internal and external packaging customers.

Requirements:

• Program or project management experience; US Government program experience a plus
• Broad knowledge of the Microelectronics business in areas such as: devices, packaging, die preparation services, design tools, DC/RF Test
• Good communication skills; ability to quickly respond to questions/inquiries from multiple customers.
• Must be detail oriented and have good organizational skills.

 

Required Education & Experience:

• BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering area
• Project/Program/Technical Development Management
