Job Description

• Strong contributor and expert in industry best practices associated with a modernized IT Governance strategy and framework
• Deep understanding of strategy, business processes, governance bodies, and strategic analysis supporting IT Governance
• Proven past experience with agile delivery practices and transforming legacy business processes using an innovative, modern approach.
• Expertise in IT Governance industry best practices, focusing on portfolio management, budgeting, prioritization, IT delivery, and business/IT alignment
• Extensive demonstrated industry expertise to provide specialized guidance concerning the development and maintenance of a forward-leaning IT governance program in a complex IT environment
• Ability to perform comprehensive analysis and studies, prepares reports, and gives presentations to stakeholder groups
• Experienced with conducting major enterprise-wide business process evaluation and modernization project
• Is a recognized technical expert in information technology systems relating to bank receivership, insurance, and/or oversight.
• Experienced with applied engineering methodologies and principles to conduct major enterprise-wide business process evaluation and modernization projects.
• Develops plans, manages, and provides technical oversight for the entire systems development lifecycle, including but not limited to corporate strategic planning; analysis and design; software development; cost and schedule estimation; use of accepted software engineering practices; design techniques and tools; and review of legacy systems.
• Coordinates with the Program Manager to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of relevant work exp.

Education:

• Master’s degree in information technology or related field of study.

Clearance Requirement:

• Public Trust clearance
• US Citizenship is required
