As the DPI Global Cybersecurity Governance Apprentice, you will collaborate with a dedicated team focused on designing and implementing a comprehensive cybersecurity awareness program. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from industry experts who monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our governance framework while providing guidance on security governance issues and initiatives. 

This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. 

• Assist in developing and implementing the organization's security awareness program 

• Support the creation, review, and maintenance of cybersecurity policies and procedures 

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across various business functions 

• Provide administrative support to the Governance team, ensuring high-quality output 

• Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices in daily operations 

• Contribute to the analysis and interpretation of security-related data 

• Assist in aligning organizational practices with relevant security frameworks and standards 

• Successful completion of the DPI career development program 

• Strong interpersonal skills & collaboration capabilities 

• Understanding of fundamental cybersecurity concepts 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on policy and document creation 

• Familiarity with common security frameworks and standards  

• Data analysis skills and ability to interpret security metrics 

• Detail oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high quality work 

• Proactive “go-getter” attitude and eagerness to learn 

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact professionally with various business functions
