We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Irving, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

 

 

Job Responsibilities:   

• Gathering and documenting functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders within the banking context.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies, creating user stories, and managing backlogs to facilitate iterative development. 
• Analyzing data and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within banking operations. 
• Communicating effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior management to align solutions with business strategy. 
• Ensuring that solutions and process changes adhere to banking standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. 
• Supporting and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the implemented solutions meet business needs. 

 

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Solid understanding of financial products, banking operations, regulatory requirements, and fintech innovations.
• 2+ Years of Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, and hands-on

 

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data analysis tools, database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL), and potentially data warehousing concepts.
• experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana for backlog management.
• Ability to uncover trends in data, troubleshooting application issues, and facilitate resolution for complex problems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in creating, analyzing, and improving processes to drive efficiency within banking systems.
