Job Summary

 

At CRH we are the leading provider of innovative solutions to the construction industry, working with customers to make construction safer, simpler and more sustainable.  We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team to drive growth within the data center vertical through development and delivery of integrated CRH solutions that allow customers to achieve their strategic goals.

 

As a Solutions Architect, you will serve as a key technical resource, working closely with vertical market sales teams, product management and platform engineering teams to understand customer requirements and to develop and deliver tailored solutions to solve for customer pain points. You will leverage your technical expertise to support pre-sale activities by engaging with customers and solutions vertical sales teams to define key requirements for solutions development.  The preferred location for this position is Atlanta but we are open to considering remote employees in the continental US  

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and demonstrate how solutions can meet those needs effectively.

• Conduct thorough analysis of customer requirements to design and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.

• Work closely with sales, product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements and develop proof of concepts.

• Assist in the deployment and integration of solutions, providing technical guidance and support during the implementation process.

• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the pre-sales and post sales phases, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions designs, technical specification and implementation processes.

• Understand industry trends, product developments and emerging technologies to effectively address customer needs and enhance solutions offerings.

• Work closely with innovation team to find unique features and capabilities to drive IP content within solutions portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.

• 5+ years professional experience, with 3+ years in engineering, solutions architecture or technical role.

• Strong understanding of industrial construction products and processes

• Proven experience of designing and implementing scalable solutions in complex environments

• Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
