If you possess relevant experience in this field, we invite you to bring your skills to our fast-paced and welcoming work environment!    As a Manager for Operations Improvement, your role will oversee multiple projects by defining the scope of work and project objectives, leading a team, as well as overseeing many stores.     Assembling management plans; tracking changes to plans and ensuring resolution of critical issues; managing the governance of project plans; monitoring budgets and costs for projects; and delivering presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders at regular intervals.       Compensation:  Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, geographic location, level of job offer, qualifications, and other job-related factors.      Benefits and Perks
