POSITION SUMMARY

Glass Roots Construction (GRC), founded in 2022 by a team of experienced telecom and construction professionals, is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our continued growth. GRC is committed to leveraging cutting-edge technologies, top-tier equipment, and best-in-class construction and safety practices to build a premier nationwide fiber optic construction firm.

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations by working closely with Market Managers, QA/QC teams, Project Managers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data management, logistics, and operations, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.

Reporting to the Market Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the ground floor, gain valuable experience, and be part of an exciting journey as GRC expands.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

• Data entry and database management
• Subcontractor invoicing
• Coordinate materials and equipment tracking
• Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical/business knowledge
• Verifiable experience in project management, operations, or business management. 
• Experience in data management

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Strong data entry skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement 
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
• Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus
• Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus

Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required for all positions.
• Travel Required: < 10%

$75,000 - $85,000 Annually
