Our 2,000+ customers include global financial institutions, government entities, and pharmaceutical organizations and more. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b><span>What You will Do:</span></b><span> </span></p><p><span>The Senior Solution Architect at SailPoint begins by leveraging their experience to build a deep understanding of our SaaS and/or Software solutions. Within a month or two, they are serving as a technical lead on customer engagements and cases where they will employ their client and partner communication skills, as well as their industry knowledge to share organizational best practices for SailPoint products and identity governance. After their first six months, Senior Solution Architects will have <span>established themselves</span> as both technical and consultative experts within the Professional Services organization, and by the end of their first year they will have become a trusted advisor to customers, <span>partners, leadership and</span> to less experienced team members. </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Responsibilities</span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span>As a trusted advisor, provide strategic direction to customers and implementation partners for a successful Identity Security Program </span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform assessment on customer’s current Identity landscape and build out their future identity road map </span></p></li><li><p><span>Build out customers’ Identity role based access control and application onboarding program </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure SailPoint best practices are followed through the project for a successful project delivery </span></p></li><li><p><span>Advise and provide direction to junior resources on the project implementation </span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide pros & cons to customers' for building custom tools to meet their unique & complex business goals </span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain healthy business relationship with customers and partners </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with other advisory services leads, program managers and provide recommendations on any changes needed for the program. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with other cross functional teams to understand the product roadmap, product limitations and <span>advise strategic</span> direction to the customers </span></p></li><li><p><span>Document and present SaaS product adoption gaps </span></p></li><li><p><span>Recommend areas where SaaS products consumption can be improved </span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage, mentor, and coach direct reports (if any) </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Requirements</span><span>: </span></p><ul><li><p><span>8+ years of experience in technical consulting role </span></p></li><li><p><span>Effective <span>communication and</span> presentation skills needed to perform identity security program assessments and provide a road map </span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organizational, leadership and multi-tasking skills </span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities </span></p></li><li><p><span>Documentation management and ability to use project management tools </span></p></li><li><p><span>Attention to details even under pressure </span></p></li><li><p><span>Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with any SailPoint governance products </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with networking, directory servers, databases </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with PAM (Privileged Access Management) software </span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Web based APIs </span></p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Nice to have:</span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span> </span><span> </span></span></span></span><span>IdentityIQ or IdentityNow Certification is a plus </span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span> </span><span> </span></span></span></span><span>Experience with Object Oriented Programming </span></p><p><span><span>·<span><span> </span><span> </span></span></span></span><span>
