We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator who’s ready to take ownership of the order fulfillment process from start to finish. This is your chance to utilize your strong communication skills, high level of attention to detail and your ability to navigate complex logistics scenarios in a global capacity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enter and maintain customer orders for equipment and components
  • Communicate priorities to purchasing, planning, and logistics teams
  • Maintain part data records including lead times and HS codes
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact customer delivery schedules
  • Communicate order status to stakeholders, including senior management
  • Communicate on time delivery and quality performance issues with production and logistics
  • Plan and schedule loads and shipments based on production schedules and customer requirements
  • Process customer credit requests, shipment damage claims, and work with logistics to resolve shipment discrepancies
  • Dispatch and oversee the logistics of ocean/truck/air shipments and deliveries, including dangerous goods
  • Interface with international customers, suppliers, brokers, and carriers to ensure compliance with all applicable import / export regulations.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for customer shipments including bill of ladings, export documents, customs invoices, etc.
  • Maintain organized records of customer orders and packing slips in share drive
  • Calculates duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise exported and imported, to and from foreign destinations
  • Continuously review and improve processes and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Positive contribution to team environment
  • Perform other projects or related duties as assigned by management

What You Bring:

  • Expertise with Incoterms, and current knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations and documentation requirements
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with ERP and MRP systems (Epicor a plus)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills working with multiple time zones and regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Your Background:

  • Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, operations, or related field, and/or 2+ years of experience in logistics and customer service or sales
  • APICS CPIM is a plus
