Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality Director of Environmental Services focused to join our team!

 

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Director of Environmental Services

 

1. Supervises the performance of all housekeeping personnel through personal inspections and other quality control techniques.

 

2. Selects, trains, evaluates and disciplines all housekeeping personnel.

 

3. Keeps required records, reports, studies.

 

4. Inspects all housekeeping and laundry equipment regularly for proper functioning and safety.

 

5. Coordinates apartment refurbishing with the Plant Services Director.

 

6. Coordinates department functions with those of other departments.

 

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

 

• High School diploma is required with a minimum of three to five years' experience. National Executive Housekeeper’s Association Certificate or a technical degree in a field related to industrial housekeeping and laundry is preferred.
