Salary: $75,000 (License-eligible with ASW, IMFT or APCC)
$100,000 (Licensed LCSW, LMFT or LPCC)
Location: Ken Lee
Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Must be available to work one to two evenings per week, up to 8 p.m., as needed.)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Support Manager shall be responsible for ensuring the quality of client care by supporting the use of a trauma informed approach by staff, students and volunteers which aligns with the agency’s mission and philosophy. The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for providing weekly and/or bimonthly reflective supervision to direct service staff, and designated teams which supports the facilitation, development and implementation of team goals and objectives. The Clinical Support Manager also serves as a link to the other teams and to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Support Manager offers consultation and support to staff and students regarding crisis and the direct practice with clients. He/she/they are responsible for staff development and evaluation in conjunction with the Clinical Director and other supervisors. The Clinical Support Manager will assist with the development and facilitation of agency training. The Clinical Support Manager performs roles and duties of a supervisor for the team.
DUTIES:
- Supports and assists staff with professional and clinical development, planning, and intervention/implementation of agency/client goals.
- Conducts group reflective supervision of designated teams.
- Oversight of General Counseling Program including assigning referrals, monitoring documentation and training of students.
- Oversees individual, group and family counseling, wraparound and other services as they relate to a program & team goals and objectives. These include the goals & objectives from the assessment, and treatment/service plan as agreed upon with the client for assigned student interns.
