This is a full-time Multimedia Designer position located in Provo, Utah. Responsibilities include:
Produce high-quality visual and multimedia assets in support of learning programs, including: Graphic design assets (job aids, worksheets, slides, visuals), Motion graphics and simple animations, Edited video content (live-action, screencasts, short explainers), Audio edits, voiceover integration, and basic sound design, Short-form reinforcement or microlearning media
Support defined phases of media creation, such as storyboarding, editing, animation, and final delivery, following provided creative direction or instructional outlines
Ensure deliverables meet quality, accessibility, and brand standards
Design visual and multimedia assets that support learning reinforcement, including: Pre-learning awareness visuals, Post-program reinforcement media, Skill reminders, microlearning assets, and follow-up content, Internal promotional or engagement assets for learning programs
Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and reinforces key behaviors and messages defined by instructional partners
Collaborate with instructional designers and project partners to: Translate learning concepts into clear, engaging visual formats, Review scripts, outlines, or storyboards and provide visual input, and iterate on designs based on feedback and instructional goals
Participate in creative reviews and project check-ins, contributing ideas while remaining open to feedback and iteration
Use and apply existing templates, brand standards, and visual systems consistently across deliverables, including: Slide and graphic template, Infographics and overlay elements, Motion graphics assets, Title cards and branded elements, Asset libraries and shared design resources
Provide feedback on templates or workflows when improvements are identified, and support consistency across projects
Incorporate feedback from peers, instructional partners, and leadership to improve the quality and effectiveness of work
Participate in peer reviews and critiques to continue developing technical, creative, and instructional design skills
Demonstrate steady growth in media craft, storytelling, and execution over time
Maintain proficiency in core design and media tools and stay current with evolving practices in: Video editing and motion graphics, Visual design trends, Learning-adjacent media formats
Adopt new tools or workflows as introduced by the team and contribute to the ongoing improvement of production efficiency
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, Film, Animation, Instructional Design, or related field
Experience supporting learning, training, or internal communications content
Familiarity with accessibility considerations for visual and multimedia content
Requirements:
Up to 5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, video editing, motion graphics, or related fields
Strong portfolio demonstrating polished visual and multimedia work (instructional, corporate, or educational content preferred)
Proficiency in relevant tools such
