Manufacturing Assistant:
Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in assembling Hope Haven International’s Kid Chair including
◦ assembly of seating system components
◦ Pre-assembly of various plastic and cushioned components that will be attached to the Kid Chair
◦ Applying reflective decals to components
◦ Attaching plates to cushioned pieces
◦ Attaching bolts and t-nuts to seatbelt block
◦ Cutting reflective decals
◦ Other light assembly as assigned
• Work with other staff in utilizing warehouse handling and storage techniques
• Follow all safety procedures and promote safety procedures


Requirements:
• Clearance from all applicable background checks
• Ability to pass a health assessment at time of hire and ability to maintain up to date health assessment as requested per regulations
• Reliable Transportation
• Mechanical and wheelchair knowledge preferred
