The Program Manager, Clinical Transformation - Tech Strategy will play an integral role in developing the technology roadmap for clinical initiatives being deployed to the field teams. This position will focus on synthesizing internal clinical work, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities for technology, and developing the process and roadmap to support the tools needed to execute on priorities. This position will partner across clinical strategy, clinical technology and product teams, and clinical and operations leadership. 

The Program Manager, Clinical Transformation - Tech Strategy will be a thought partner, internal consultant, and leader in continuing to build the right technology to further our clinical strategy. This role will require strategic thinking and creative problem-solving, combined with practical operational experience, to synthesize strategic initiatives and pilots into a technology roadmap that delivers the greatest impact on clinical outcomes and quality of life for kidney patients.    

The Program Manager will work on a team of highly motivated individuals with backgrounds in consulting, process engineering, change management, and clinical operations. This highly visible and cross-functional role will partner directly with leaders across DaVita Kidney Care to drive forward the organization’s Clinical strategy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Executes strategy for and manages large/complex projects, resolving problems with limited oversight

  • Collaborate with leaders and peers across lanes to drive results (including the following audiences: clinical strategy, clinical services, analytics and reporting, product, and field operations)

  • Independently manages workstreams including clarifying and outlining key expectations, priorities, and timelines to drive to project objectives and key results

  • Can adapt communication style and information scope to appropriate leadership audiences to maximize efficiency and impact of decisions.

  • Work directly with your managers to help create a sustained culture of belonging and compliance

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3-5 years of work experience in project management, management consulting, process engineering, or a corporate strategy role preferred

  • Demonstrated experience and/or interest in healthcare delivery and patient experience

  • Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to impact change

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and gain credibility across broad stakeholder groups.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate complex, evolving environments.

  • Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare markets and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.

  • Proven ability to prioritize, evaluate, and manage workloads while identifying growth opportunities.
