<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>iCapital is seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our Revenue Control team within the Corporate Finance organization. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in shaping the future of iCapital as we continue to scale and expand into new areas. This individual’s impact will resonate across various financial activities, from accounting and reporting for revenue on various products, to streamlining processes and driving scalability across the Corporate Finance team, and among other key stakeholders. This role will involve various responsibilities including month-end close duties, revenue, accounts receivable, treasury management, and financial reporting, as well as ad hoc projects and analyses.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Revenue Oversight:</li> <ul> <li>Perform revenue calculations and controls for various product lines across iCapital, including technology solutions, alternative investments, and structured investments.</li> <li>Ensure precision in monthly and quarterly revenue estimates and actuals, providing insightful analyses of variances.</li> <li>Foster a culture of financial excellence by collaborating with client relationship managers, Fund Finance teams, finance leadership, and external client contacts.</li> <li>Review legal agreements and other key documents and understand relevant economic terms as they relate to revenue and reporting and apply that understanding to revenue calculations.</li> <li>Book monthly revenue cash and estimates; maintain roll‑forward workpapers.</li> <li>Assist with fund invoicing (e.g., GP fees) and passthrough trail payments.</li> <li>Contribute to processes for differing billing cycles, fee calculations, and external data sources.</li> <li>Support revenue tracking, processing, booking, and reporting.</li> </ul> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Month-End Close:</li> <ul> <li>Spearhead month-end close processes, preparing revenue calculations and KPIs for technology solutions, structured investments, and alternative investments products.</li> <li>Calculate and consolidate P&L and Balance Sheet data, ensuring accurate journal entries for various entities.</li> <li>Assist with the compilation and maintenance of invoices and accounting files.</li> <li>Perform month over month roll forwards for key revenue metrics.</li> <li>Assist with the development and maintenance of invoices and accounting files.</li> <li>Prepare monthly cash reconciliations.</li> </ul> </ul> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Driving innovation:</li> <ul> <li>Support the initiative t
