Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing a portfolio of medium/large projects which enhance Finance systems, processes and solutions across several lines of business (LOB) in compliance with applicable Enterprise and Chief Financial Officer Group policies. Key responsibilities include working closely with the LOB, Change Management, Technology and other partners to execute the project plan. Job expectations include performing day-to-day project activities and being actively involved in the execution of project deliverables.

This role will support project delivery within the CFO Change organization, primarily focused on initiatives that enhance financial data quality, reporting processes, and Finance technology platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. The role provides exposure to Finance, Global Technology, and key enterprise change governance forums, offering strong development opportunities for individuals interested in Finance transformation and enterprise program management.

Responsibilities:

  • Executes project deliverables while working with various partners and user community
  • Completes required documentation, business analysis, testing, and operational readiness activities within project timelines
  • Identifies upstream and downstream impacts associated with project related changes and/or decisions
  • Adheres to Chief Financial Officer Group's Change Management Governance and Control requirements
  • Requires an understanding of Finance, Accounting, Technology and Project Management
  • Supports project planning activities including creating timelines, coordinating milestones, and tracking deliverables across Finance, Technology, and business partners
  • Prepares project artifacts such as status updates, RAID logs, meeting materials, decision documents, and governance submissions
  • Assists with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation to support Finance system enhancements and operational changes
  • Coordinates user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case development, execution support, and issue tracking
  • Monitors project risks and dependencies and escalates issues proactively to ensure timely resolution

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Technology, or Project/Program Management
  • Ability to manage project tasks with accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate insights
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar)

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Technology, or related field
  • Consultancy experience
