In People Experience Area, we provide specialized support in more mid or high complex processes, impacting Managers and overall employees in specific locations, such as: managing unions, labor law, engagement & work environment, compliance, conflict resolution, performance, talent management, leadership & people development

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining constant meetings with employees and provide daily local support in people related matters for our Tucson and Mexico locations

  • Implements globally key People & Sustainability processes related to the employee’s lifecycle, such as PDR, People Session, and Development Plans., among others key People & Sustainability process.

  • Provides advisory services to employees on topics such as engagement, succession planning, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans​.

  • Proactively seeks and resolves issues that involves employees, their leaders and union (where applicable).

  • Recommend and suggest improvements in productivity through process reviews, innovations, and new technologies to the team leader.​

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, support meetings with unions and collective bargaining agreement as required (and when applicable)​.

  • May also be responsible for other additional tasks requested by the company associated with People & Sustainability processes.​

  • Drives operational excellence, permanently monitoring our KPI's, SLA's, goals execution, and looking for constant improvement

  • Promote a culture of safety and self-care, both on a personal level, for the team that is part of it, as well as for the entire company, integrating our stakeholders who may be impacted by our activities, complying with established standards, policies and requirements; actively participating in the activities scheduled in the annual HSEQA plans and programs; reporting every incident, near-incident, act or substandard condition that occurs and, if required, ensuring their active participation in an investigation.

  • May participates in group/regional community of expertise to share regional needs and exchange best practices

What you bring

  • 9+ years of experience in HR supporting organizations as Business Partner and/or Senior Generalist with global presence

  • Strong experience in industrial sites where they must embrace a culture of assistance to the employees (technicians), in terms of paperwork, social aspects, providing frequent non-digital services

  • Studies in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent

  • Fluent/Native English and advanced Spanish is a plus

  • Strategic thinking

  • Customer Service mindset

  • This position will require to work onsite.
