Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy for our Customer Platform infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and other cross-functional teams to build and scale robust, reliable, and high-performance platform solutions that support our suite of customer products and services.

What you will do

• Define, communicate, and lead the platform infrastructure strategy and vision in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. 

• Identify and assess opportunities for platform innovation and improvements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure products meet customer and business needs. 

• Develop detailed product roadmaps and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and ROI. 

• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality platform solutions. 

• Monitor key performance metrics and continuously optimize the platform for scalability, reliability, and performance. 

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to iterate and enhance the platform infrastructure. 

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 

What you need to bring to the role 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - preferred. 

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on platform or infrastructure products, including APIs, SSO, payments, and data warehousing solutions.  

• Proven track record of leading the development and launch of successful platform solutions. 

• Strong technical background with an ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts. 

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making. 

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization would be a nice to have.
