Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant serves as a nationwide liaison to Weaver Companies' business units.
This position is responsible for helping ensure that records and documentation are accurately generated and retained.
The role supports general monitoring and coordination processes and may serve as a point of contact with external partners.
Strong written communication is essential, as the position frequently involves preparing and distributing company-wide communications.
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Program Director and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Skill required to perform multiple tasks and be willing to enhance skillsets if changing job conditions are required.
Must be able to prepare and maintain accurate records of various company Health and Safety records.
Must perform essential math functions and generate effective written communication in prescribed formats.

Desired Qualifications:

Have completed sixty college or technical school hours at an accredited institution.
Work Remotely:
Hybrid work option available at the discretion of the Health and Safety Manager.
Pay:
Hourly Non-Exempt.
