Capabilities

•  Support the development, review, and analysis of Mission CONOPs, requirements, scenarios and use cases that accurately reflect end users’ needs
• Provide the bridge between Mission end users of the system to be delivered and those who are architecting engineering and/or developing the system
• Assist in the development, organization, and articulation of Mission expectation to support test planning and operational evaluation activities
• Support information management transformation
• Maintain cognizance of all operational requirements, ensuring that the spirit of the requirements is preserved across programmatic and acquisition activities
• Provide lifecycle sustainment support Articulate/white board ideas to all levels of management Lead requirements analysis and develop implementation strategy
• Apply comprehensive application knowledge for guidance to the functional team Skill Level 3 Qualifications.

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Agency Appropriate Polygraph
• A Master’s degree in a Computer or Math related field with ten (10) years’ experience in the following: Domain Name Server (DNS), Network Time Protocol (NTP) and Intrusion Protection Services (IPS).
• A Bachelor’s degree with twelve (12) additional years; an Associate’s degree with fifteen (15) additional years of experience may be substituted for the Master’s degree.
• Eight (8) years’ experience with application subject matter, i.e. Intelink

Required Skills

•  Good interpersonal, written communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to articulate/white board ides to all levels of management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Four (4) years functional development experience.
• Four (4) years’ experience implementing information technology solutions.
