This position is a post sales role, focusing on nurturing customer relationships, providing outstanding customer service, retaining existing business and growing customer portfolios.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers, managing day to day business and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborate with Sales for onboarding new customers
- Manage renewals and registration of existing customers
- Identify opportunities to grow business and cross sell products/services
- Coordinate with other NRG business partners for timely delivery of client requested products and services, working together to satisfy customer expectations and provide consistent service
- Service multiple markets and customers concurrently while meeting required deadlines.
- Deliver/Discuss customer performance reports and payments
- Maintain up to date customer and account information in CRM
- Have a positive and proactive approach to effectively communicate, answer questions and deliver problem resolution with win/win outcomes
- Follow established business workflow processes
- Achieve Corporate and Department Scorecard goals and initiatives
Working Conditions:
- Remote
- Some overtime required as special projects arise.
- Travel Occasional
Minimum Requirements:
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate information clearly
- Ability to handle questions and disputes in a professional manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or assignments simultaneously

- Effective Time Management Skills
- Able to effectively operate in a team environment
- Able to work without supervision at times while carrying out duties
- Proficient in MS Office; advance Excel skills preferred
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED and 4+ ye
