HR Project Manager (temporary support)

Job Description

You will be responsible for:

• leading projects in HR identified and prioritized by the CHRO & Director, Group Performance and Total Rewards
• leading project teams to obtain the best results under time constraints
• proposing the KPIs and success matrix for projects 
• managing change, implementing and communicating calendar for projects
• cooperating with different stakeholders to translate the projects into processes
• preparing adequate tools and processes 
• reviewing after project implementation
• proposing the actions related to constant process improvement

We are looking for people:

• who have experience in delivering end to end projects and managing the portfolio of initiatives and programs (it would be an asset)
• who have experience in process mapping, process optimization and process engineering 
• who can display proven strong execution capability: stand-alone, able to prioritize, create solutions and devise action plans, negotiate for resources and support, drive collaboration and manage stakeholders to make and deliver to commitments through structured and pragmatic organizational processes
• who have developed strategic thinking capability: are able to connect the dots from different sources, clarify problems, analyze different possible scenarios, apply both logical and creative skills to work out the recommended solution
• who have high flexibility and agility to be able to deliver in a fast-paced, ever-changing and high-volume environment,
• who have ability to be strategic and tactical when needed
• who are able to work as a part of a multidisciplinary team in fast changing environment
• who are proficient with Google suite
• have proven track record in conducting negotiations
• who communicates fluently in English and Polish with strong communication structure in writing and speaking
