About the Role:

The Team: The Enterprise Solutions AI Product Management team is tasked with promoting adoption of Generative AI across the organization. This includes assisting our product peers in ideation around GenAI-powered solutions, establishing best practices for how product managers can leverage GenAI, and exploring GenAI tooling and solutions. We are a team of solution-oriented individuals, leaning heavily on problem solving, critical thinking, and creativity to find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities and Impact:

• Develop and oversee the implementation of cloud-native applications, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.

• Lead the design and architecture of solutions utilizing GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product offerings.

• Establish guidelines and best practices for GenAI solution design and utilization, driving innovation and efficiency.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging technologies and trends in GenAI and cloud-native applications.

• Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $108,414. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for additional compensation such as an incentive bonus plan.

What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building cloud-native applications.

• Hands-on experience with GenAI services like AWS Bedrock and Google Vertex AI.

• Strong understanding of solution design and architecture principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Background in software development, with a desire to transition into product management while remaining hands-on with technology.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in software development, product management, or related fields.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading technical teams and managing projects related to AI and cloud technologies.

• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in Generative AI.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
