Custodian

Summary of Responsibilities

Assists with all aspects of property maintenance including , custodial, preventive upkeep and emergency situations.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Essential Job Function

• Maintains a clean establishment that meets all safety requirements.
• Performs and documents routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Follows health and safety regulations.
• Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all necessary areas including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, removing trash, washing walls and ceilings and special projects as needed.
• Makes adjustments and minor repairs.
• Stocks and maintains supply rooms
• Completes required training classes
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma with a minimum of two years of related work experience
• Strong decision making abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a basic understanding and knowledge of general maintenance, ,
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Demonstrates work safety regulations
• For internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)
