Office - Regional Support Manager

Morgan Properties is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Regional Support Manager will provide leadership and hands-on support to our on site property teams across the region of 9 sites. This role requires a strong background in property management, proven ability to mentor and train staff, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The position is based out of the Nashville area and requires 60–80% travel to assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate property-level challenges and develop actionable strategies to drive performance and resolve issues.
• Mentor, train, and support property managers and teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Fostering accountability and professional growth.
• With direction from Regional Manager implement best practices and ensure goals are met across the portfolio.
• Maintain consistent presence at properties within the region to provide ongoing support.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of consistent property manager experience.
• Experience supervising teams of 5 or more employees.
• Proven track record of successful mentoring and training.
• Strong problem-solving and action-planning skills.
• Ability to travel extensively (60–80%).
• Based in or near Nashville, TN.
