Manages and executes end-to-end development and validation of AI/ML solutions.
*Translates clinical questions into high performance AI/ML solutions.
*Manages and executes end-to-end development and validation of AI/ML solutions for Operational Twinning.
*Conduct original research and design cutting-edge algorithms in artificial intelligence, with a focus on solving complex operational optimization problems using techniques from reinforcement learning, combinatorial optimization, and hybrid AI-operations research (AI-OR) models.
*Use large scale data to analyze and model extensive healthcare datasets to uncover insights and develop data-driven solutions that directly improve patient flow and resource allocation.
*Conduct original research and stay abreast of the latest advancements in optimization theory, reinforcement learning, neural combinatorial optimization, and hybrid AI-OR approaches.
*Identify and address critical pain points faced by healthcare providers. Develop AI-powered systems that improve scheduling, triage, capacity and resource management to enhance care accessibility and reduce system bottlenecks.
*Rapidly prototype and evaluate algorithmic solutions, ensuring practical feasibility and alignment with customer needs.
*Actively collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to integrate novel algorithms into products, and participate in internal knowledge-sharing to elevate team-wide expertise.
*Contribute to the scientific community by publishing research in top-tier conferences and journals. Drive innovation through the generation of patents and novel methodologies.

The annual base pay for this position is:
Min $150,000 - Max $225,000Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
