CHS Dakota Plains Ag has an exciting opportunity available at our Gwinner, ND location! Come join our team as a Customer Support Representative and help to make an impact on your local community. In this role you will, answer the phone and work with customers to fulfill their needs, partner with our local drivers to update them on customer needs and send out/receive contracts from home heat customers. Responsibilities

• Under general supervision, handles a variety of customer service inquiries and problems received by telephone, fax, email, text or other web/internet media.
• Inquiries are generally routine but may require departure from standard scripts or procedures.
• Learn how to operate our data software such as Agris and Energy Force. 
• Provides support to lower-level staff on non-standard cases where policy and practice are not formalized or documented and individual case determination may be required.
• Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates action for repair, replacement return or field service; or refers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
• May promote alternative products or services.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed or assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support
• High School diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work extended hours to meet business demands
• Abilty to read, write and communicate in Spanish, preferred
