Job Summary:
Illuminate USA is seeking an energetic and innovative Engagement and Training Leader to inspire and elevate our manufacturing workforce at our new Pataskala, Ohio facility. Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, this role is all about creating impactful programs that promote safety, drive production excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and growth.
As the Engagement and Training Leader, you’ll lead efforts to design and deliver training programs that empower associates to perform at their best while prioritizing safety and quality. You’ll develop initiatives to celebrate achievements, enhance workplace satisfaction, and ensure every team member feels valued and equipped to succeed. This role is your chance to shape a workforce that’s not only productive but deeply engaged and motivated to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Meaningful Training Programs: Design and implement training initiatives that empower our associates while improving safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead Engagement Efforts: Create and manage programs that recognize contributions, boost morale, and foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Enhance Onboarding: Ensure new manufacturing associates transition smoothly from orientation to their roles while embracing Illuminate USA’s core values.
- Foster Collaboration: Support the development of a training and engagement committee to align efforts and drive teamwork across the organization.
- Continuously Improve Programs: Use feedback, industry trends, and best practices to keep engagement and training initiatives fresh, relevant, and effective.
- Measure Success: Monitor program outcomes and use data insights to refine strategies and optimize results.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience designing and implementing training or engagement programs, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Leadership experience, with a minimum of 2 years inspiring and managing teams.
- A strong understanding of training systems, motivational techniques, and workplace well-being programs.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for connecting across all levels of the organization, especially within production teams.
- Project management and analytical skills to track, measure, and enhance workforce development initiatives.
