Our talented and dedicated professionals are committed to making an impact every day.</p> <p><strong>Company Culture Guidelines &amp; Values:</strong></p> <ul> <li>We empower and support our colleagues</li> <li>We commit to client success at every turn</li> <li>We have the courage to do the right thing</li> <li>We encourage an inclusive environment where our colleagues feel respected, engaged, and challenged.</li> <li>We constantly acquire new skills and learn from our experiences to enhance our collective expertise</li> </ul></div><p><strong>Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead program planning and execution, developing and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, work-back plans, dependencies, and resource assumptions.</li> <li>Drive cross-functional delivery across Systems Engineering, Digital Engineering, software, hardware, quality, and other technical teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.</li> <li>Facilitate planning and governance sessions to define scope, deliverables, sequencing, priorities, key decisions, and delivery commitments.</li> <li>Monitor project performance and execution, identifying schedule variance, constraints, dependencies, and resource issues while coordinating mitigation and recovery actions.</li> <li>Facilitate Agile/Scrum and hybrid project-management processes, including backlog, sprint/release planning, prioritization, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Establish effective team operating practices that promote transparency, accountability, communication, and predictable delivery across workstreams.</li> <li>Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and changes, coordinating impact assessments, mitigation plans, escalations, and resolution through completion.</li> <li>Coordinate cross-project interfaces and stakeholder commu
