About the Role

Are you a tech-savvy professional passionate about helping businesses streamline operations? Join a growing SaaS platform for AP automation, and lead the end-to-end customer journey—from sales support and onboarding to ongoing engagement and optimisation.

You’ll work closely with the founders to ensure customers are successful, supported, and getting the most value from the product.

About You

You're proactive, tech-literate, and thrive in a fast-paced startup. You enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and improving processes. With a clear and confident communication style, you help clients feel supported while driving improvements behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Read customer onboarding, training, and ongoing support
Guide clients through setup and adoption aligned with their needs
Create and maintain product guides, help articles, and training materials
Handle escalated queries and troubleshoot technical issues
Assist with sales including product demos and webinars

Requirements

2-3+ years in B2B SaaS environment helping customers with a software product is a must
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g. Xero, MYOB, Acumatica)
Comfortable working independently and prioritising in a small team
