In addition, Intus Care offers a broad range of technical assistance and consulting services to support PACE programs under development and existing programs that are growing and evolving to meet the needs of their communities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize multiple calendars for leadership including scheduling meetings and high-priority requests
Manage and prioritize internal & external meeting coordination for customer facing team members
Ensure all meetings are properly scheduled with correct attendees, agendas, and necessary materials
Respond promptly to scheduling requests with professionalism and courteous communication.
Anticipate potential conflicts and proactively resolve scheduling issues to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate travel & catering arrangements for leadership as well as logistics for conferences, client on-sites, and other events
Organize and support administrative tasks, such as data entry, file maintenance, and conference registrations
Assist the people operations team special projects, including maintaining internal documentation, streamlining workflows, and supporting process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in Executive or Administrative Assistance, preferably in a startup environment
Proven ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and diplomatic approach
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, or similar platforms; tech-savvy is a major plus

What We Offer
Location: US Based - Remote
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
