Title: Facility Dispatcher & Dock Clerk
Location: Wayzata, MN
Salary: $24 – 24.75 per hour
Hours: Monday – Friday 6:15 a.m. – 2:15 p.m.

Job Description

• Meet, greet, and direct all employees, contractors and guests; notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
• Maintains access control by implementation and adheres to security procedures while issuing guest badges.
• Provide visit support services: arrange transportation, assemble name badges, etc.
• Maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the reception area.
• Answer phone calls with employee questions.
• Monitors lobby and work area determine customer flow.
• Ability to work mandatory overtime hours to accommodate receptionist needs.
• Interact and work with informal and formal teams, with other employees and customer representatives from various departments always demonstrating a professional demeanor.
• Setting quarterly performance goals for Customer Service Team.
• New hire and continued training for all Customer Service staff.
• Implementing and maintaining an exceptional customer service experience across all three Customer Service desks.
• Report to IFM Business Manager on a regular basis on conditions relating to day-to-day activities.
• Responsible for participating in training and continued professional development in the areas of safety and general skill improvement.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by the IFM Business Manager in response to the needs of the client.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $24.00 - $24.52
