About the role
- Processing current accounting, including accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
- Posting business transactions in financial accounting (bank, cash)
- Receivables management and dunning
- Processing payment transactions (SFirm)
- Posting travel expenses and credit card statements
- Reconciling accounts and clarifying differences
- Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)
- You have completed a training as accountant, financial accountant or a comparable commercial training successfully
- You have good accounting knowledge
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- You possess good knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
- You work in a careful and precise way
- You enjoy working with numbers
- You are a team player and have good communication skills
- You are confident in using the MS-Office package
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Your English skills are good, written and spoken
