Warehouse Worker-Forklift Operator

Experienced Warehouse-Forklift Operator needed for Olympia Moving and Storages' Tampa FL location earning between $20.00 up to $25.00 per hour depending on experience. 

Recent warehouse experience with forklift operator responsibility is required;  Moving industry experience a plus! 

A self starter who is able to work independently is essential for this role. 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS-FULL TIME WAREHOUSE WORKER:

• Competitive hourly wages for experienced warehouse worker earning up to $25.00 per hour with opportunity for overtime
  • Potential to earn $50,000-$65,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses) with sign on bonus of up to $1200.00.
• Full time hours available

REQUIREMENTS:

Our requirements include:

• Must have forklift operation experience in similar industry-operations a plus
• Above average energy, attention to detail, and organization skills
• Ability to lift 50-75+ pounds regularly
• Ability to be on your feet 6 to 10 hours a day
• Must be a team player and ready to tackle any challenge
• Available for on-time very early a.m. dispatch (ie:4:30-6:00 a.m. starts)
• High school or GED equivalent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Every day is different, but you will be expected to:

• Follow schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisition to complete tasks
• Move materials and inventory from receiving docks to storage and vice versa
• Sort and place assets on racks, pallets, or other storage systems according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color, or product code
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Weigh or count items for distribution to ensure compliance with company standards
• Compile worksheets or tickets from customer specifications
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies
