Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, sequence and prioritize Agile (Scrum / Sprint) team backlog, with input from customer, Product Manager, System Architect/Engineering and other partners.
  • Collaborate with Agile team and writes user stories and requirements including acceptance criteria and acceptance tests, typically for 1 or 2 (max) Agile / Scrum teams.
  • Review and accept completed user stories, being accountable and responsible for user story quality and performance in production environment.
  • Coordinate user story, functional, and technical dependencies with other Product Owners throughout each iteration and Program Increment.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Required)
  • 4-7 years Relevant Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment. Advanced level understanding of customer experience Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 2+ years of relevant Product Management, Business Analyst, and System Analyst or Architecture/Software Engineer experience in an agile software product development environment.
  • 2+ years’ experience in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools.
  • Strong requirements elicitation, and validated writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences.
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools.
  • Ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories the DevOps teams can ingest.
  • Proven record effectively and efficiently connecting with leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a consistent record identifying/analyzing/synthesizing product use data.
  • Connect with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications:

Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO) preferred. (Preferred)

Base Pay Range: $94,600 - $170,700

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
