The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the full-cycle recruitment process with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, candidate management, and stakeholder management. This role is crucial in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to meet the strategic needs of the organization. By leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and fostering strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Partner ensures a seamless and efficient hiring process. This role will also involve guiding and mentoring junior recruiters, ensuring adherence to best practices, and continuously improving recruitment strategies to align with the company’s goals and values.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies and tools to proactively identify and engage high-potential candidates. 
  • Utilize technology to provide data and insights on the candidate market for hiring managers 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, both internally and externally, for critical roles and future needs. 
  • Deliver a shortlist for hiring managers to include direct applications, sourced candidates and internal options  
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional process. 
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. 
  • Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. 
  • Act as a trusted partner, providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration between HR, hiring managers, and other relevant stakeholders. 
  • Support hiring manager, sharing best practices and providing ongoing support. 
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to enhance the recruitment capabilities of the team. 
  • Work closely with our people managers to help them understand the market, the process and the options of candidates available. 
  • Continuously look for ways assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to attract top talent. 
  • Ensuring we have data to support our decision making both at briefing and shortlist stage with the hiring manager. 
  • Ensure that recruitment data is kept up to date in a timely manner  
  • Produces reports and insights for the business in line with the reporting cycles in place and ad hoc requests.  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in in house Talent Acquisition in a FMCG Business 
  • Experience of recruiting technology and transformation vacancies 
  • Extensive experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. 
  • Strong interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates accurately. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Proficiency in using recruitment technologies and platforms. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Influencing experience, with the ability to influence at a senior level 
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
