Description:CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Business Financial Professional (BFP) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area.
The day-to-day:Advise and assist Program/Project Managers (PMs) in budgeting, financial management, cost calculation, and programmatic activities by following the financial management process and programmatic principles.Duties include:· Conduct data entry of position updates in the manpower source systems of record.· Conduct analysis of manpower data, authorizations of totals by program element and position level details.· Assist in the preparation of budget build documentation and spend plans for internal and external review. The qualifications (required):· Must be a US Citizen· Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph· This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the position applying:o Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experienceo Level 02 requires a minimum eight (08) years of experienceo Level 01 requires a minimum four (04) years of experience· Four (04) years of DoD, IC, or 6 (six) years of combined DoD, IC and commercial experience in purchasing or finance required.· Experience with financial management systems and its interfaces (currently FACTS and CMIS) experience is preferred.· In lieu of two (02) years of experience, an undergraduate degree with a business focus is acceptable.· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to include creating formulas and pivot tables is required.
