Centrally to this, our Supplier Quality Management and Compliance team sets the policies and global procedures for AFI relating to Food Safety and Quality and make them come alive. Thereby acting as proactive advisors for the entire organization on compliance related topics.

 

Your ability to inspire your team and the organization

Supplier Quality Management and Compliance consists of ten skilled colleagues with broad responsibilities. The team is part of AFIs Global Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (Global QEHS) Department, consisting of thirty colleagues. Supplier Quality Management and Compliance is one of three teams within Global QEHS working to safeguard the Quality and Foods Safety delivered by AFI.

Supplier Quality Management and Compliance is a team interlinking our company Policies to our business and production sites in relation to Quality and Food Safety. Together with your team you will secure continuous improvement of AFI Global standards and ensure close compliance collaboration with all AFI productions sites.

While being an active part of the Global QEHS Management Team, you will enable and develop your experienced team via your leadership and personality. You will inspire interaction organization-wide and actively engage with stakeholders externally and across AFI.  

 

What will make you successful

Your background gives you a solid foundation within Quality Assurance in the food, pharma, biotech or nutraceutical industry, preferably both from a corporate and operational angle. You are structured and you drive your team via a coaching approach. You seek insights from industry and put them to use in AFI, to support the continued growth and development of the company.

You are curious, conscientious and have a drive to make things better than they were yesterday. You are pragmatic, yet firm and act consciously in the balance between value protection and value creation in a Global Quality unit.
