Position Details
WOMEN'S RECOVERY COACH - FULL TIME - HOLLAND, MICHIGAN
Do you have at least two years of sobriety and Lived Experience in Substance Use and Recovery? Our Recovery Coach provides
services to assigned clients, specifically identifying, connecting and educating clients & their families about available recovery resources within their community. This position also assists in community advocacy and education, evaluation of the community’s recovery support network and development of additional recovery supports if needed.
The hourly wage is $18.50 per hour plus full time benefits.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- State of Michigan Peer Recovery Support certification preferred. State of MI PRS (Peer Recovery Specialists) certification requirements must be met.
- Individual with Lived Experience in Substance Use and Recovery. Two years of sobriety required.
- CCAR (Connecticut Community for Addition Recovery) Certification preferred.
- Experience working with adults and/or families preferred.
Experience
- Minimum one year recovery coaching preferred.
Additional Work Requirements
- Valid unrestricted driver's license with good driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
