Senior Worldwide AMS Verification Manager

In an environment of growth and new product development, we seek to strengthen our design organization with a Senior Worldwide AMS Verification Manager.

As an experienced manager, you will be in charge of the whole AMS verification team, distributed in seven design centers, in America, Europe and Asia.

You will have an opportunity to leverage your understanding of R&D flow in the semiconductor industry, as well as improve the status quo on verification methodologies and modeling techniques.

A strong background in top IC level mixed mode verification, with a solid understanding of both analog and digital environments is expected in this role.

The scope of the job includes the following responsibilities

- Management of the worldwide AMS verification team and all stakeholders

- Ensure the execution of AMS verification to guarantee design quality at tape-out

- Resource allocation management in support of NPI and derivative projects using permanent and flexible resources

- Growth of the organization. Select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the organization

- Vision and strategical development of the team, the methodologies and the flow, in alignment with the industry best practices and the product development community

Your Profile:

- Management skills

- Knowledge of mixed mode verification (AMS and DMS), modelling

- Knowledge of IC design flow and IC design environment

- Knowledge of power management ICs

- Knowledge of automotive IC architecture and standards

- Working daily in an international environment

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, strong fluency in English (oral and written)

- Organizational skills

- Self-motivated and self-driven.
