What Will You Get To Do:

  • Manage key accounts by building relationships and coordinating sales activities
  • Build new accounts by working closely with Sales Representatives on sales strategies and targets
  • Create reports and projections to influence decisions
  • Work with other teams including finance, marketing, and operations to assist with decisions to improve sales strategy
  • Develop sales processes and strategies using data and then implementation to assist in increased sales
  • Review current and prospective accounts and provide insights into areas for growth including pricing recommendations, operational changes, and contract terms
  • Work with other SSII and Regional/Territory Managers to discuss and brainstorm best practices
  • Address incoming calls, voicemails, and emails from both the sales team and key customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Process demo/mockup orders for the sales team, marketing, and engineering as requested
  • Communicate with customers and/or sales team to promote customer satisfaction with Workrite service for key accounts, including proactive outreach to sales team and customers
  • Provide exceptional service for key accounts/projects throughout all stages of the ordering process
  • Demand summary planning with Toronto team
  • Process EDI orders
  • Perform general margin percentage analysis and provide customer pricing
  • Provide overflow/back support for order entry and Customer Service, as needed

What Will You Bring:

  • Work Experience: 2 years of experience in data entry and Customer Service in a related field
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
