Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Defense and Space (BDS) is looking for a highly motivated Business Integrator (Experienced or Senior) supporting the MQ-25 program located in Hazelwood, MO. The role of MQ-25 Business Integrator/Financial Analyst will be aligned to a Business Unit as opposed to a Center of Excellence (COE).

The MQ-25 program is breaking aviation barriers and heavily relies on the expertise of our finance team. We are looking for an experienced finance analyst/business integrator that will work closely with our Control Account Managers (CAMs), schedulers, and program LT leadership team utilizing the Earned Value Management (EVM) framework. This candidate will also be heavily involved in our quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC) process.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serves as a trusted advisor to MQ-25 Program Managers and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to develop and maintain performance baselines
• Leads development of monthly and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) to provide senior leaders insight into performance
• Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections by utilizing financial data, trends, and other business insights
• Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root causes, and recommend solutions
• Compiles monthly and quarterly cost reports to deliver to the Navy
• Leads and supports development of business cases
• Develops resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs
• Initiates analysis of: resource forecasts and/or control account EACs; financial EACs
• Compiles data from multiple sources and develops performance reports
• Initiates variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to management
• Makes recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
• Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
• Develops business cases using appropriate indices

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3+ years of experience in Finance or related technical business field
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience developing Financial EACs
• Experience in financial analysis
• Experience working with the financial EAC process, Long-Range Business Planning (LRBP) & Forecast process, budget baseline process, control account EAC process, and Cost Schedule Planning and Reporting (CSPR)
• Experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

Typical Education & Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

Senior (Level 4)

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
