Job descriptionSenior UX Researcher, Org Strategy
Location: Remote-US
Are you a seasoned UX researcher with extensive Enterprise SaaS experience who is passionate about driving innovations that empower the world’s leading organizations and their employees to thrive?
Are you looking for an opportunity to work with a team that truly understands and values the strategic impact of UX research in shaping product innovation and achieving measurable business outcomes?
Do you thrive in environments where you have access to comprehensive data, deep insights, and close collaboration with customers and users—where you can transform ambiguity into clarity and make informed decisions that propel products forward, creating meaningful value for customers and end-users?
You’ve come to the right place.
Korn Ferry is looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our rapidly growing product organization and lead UX research initiatives for some of our core products. Our UX researchers are involved early in the product development process—partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and other key roles while interacting directly with stakeholders, customers, and users to ensure insights are shared early to strategically guide the overall product and user experience direction from the very beginning.
Here's what you get to do:
- Lead strategic and tactical user research activities, including concept validation, interviews, surveys, contextual inquiries, and guiding usability studies to uncover deep insights into user needs, challenges, and behaviors.
- Drive research efforts that directly influence the product roadmap across our Organizational Strategy products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and define research objectives and design effective research methodologies.
- Synthesize complex research findings into compelling insights, recommendations, and opportunities that guide the design and development of our products, ensuring alignment with business and user goals.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and designers, setting standards for research methodologies, tools, and documentation to ensure high-quality outputs.
- Engage in iterative testing and evaluation of product features, from early-stage concepts to final usability testing, to refine the user experience and ensure optimal product-market fit.
- Advocate for a human-centered design process across Org Strategy, influencing key stakeholders and integrating user research findings into every stage of the product development lifecycle.
- Craft and deliver engaging presentations and narratives to communicate research findings and their impact on product strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Continuously evolve research practices, identifying opportunities to improve research quality, efficiency, and impact on the product organization.
What you bring to the table:
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to apply the most suitable approach based on research questions, product stage, and user needs.
