Inpatient RN - NIGHT SHIFT

Exceptional Community Hospital -Maricopa is looking for extraordinary Registered Nurses. If you are a registered nurse who happens to possess a high degree of compassion, education, proficiency and experience, you might be a good fit for our team!

To be an Exceptional Nurse you must be patient and have excellent attention to detail. You are valued for integrity, confidentiality of patient information and the ability to provide care without prejudice.

Nurse Responsibilities:

• Create, follow and update treatment plans for patients.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate.
• Provide nursing advice and emotional support.
• Be an effective team member or team leader
• Collaborate with physicians, family and patients to provide optimal care
• Train new nurses.

Nurse Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as an acute care RN, 2 preferred.
• Ability to think and act critically
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Patience with difficult patients.
• Compassion for all patients and family members
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Requirements: 

• License to practice nursing in the state of AZ required
• A minimum of one year of recent inpatient hospital experience
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time  
• Must be able to push, pull, reach, and bend frequently
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
