Job Description

About Us

Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC) is the “jobs college” for Northern Nevada currently serving over 11,000 students. The college is a Hispanic Serving Institution with 35% of students identifying as Hispanic. Many students are first in their families to go to college and are receiving financial aid. The college prides itself on providing numerous scholarship opportunities to remove barriers to access for the diverse community we serve. The college has five academic divisions, including the Division of Applied Technology, in which the construction management department and this position are housed.

The department provides workforce training through an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree (60 credits) in Construction Management which is designed for immediate employment or seamless transfer into a bachelor’s degree program.

The Opportunity

Do you love construction and the idea of shaping the next generation of industry leaders? Want to be part of the solution to Nevada’s housing shortage—while working with a team that values creativity, collaboration, and thinking outside the box?

Truckee Meadows Community College is on the hunt for a Temporary Full-Time Construction Management Instructor who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make a difference!
