Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic operational initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Lead process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices.
• Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain, logistics, and distribution processes.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations development strategies with business goals.
• Oversee technology and automation projects to enhance operational performance.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Lead change management efforts to support organizational growth and operational transformation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to implement best-in-class operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred).
• Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and distribution best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, data analytics tools, and operational technology solutions.
