Job Summary

As the Regional Vice President of Festivals, you will be responsible for overseeing Levy's operations at premier festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach, EDC, and others within the festival portfolio. You'll play a pivotal role in crafting and executing strategies to deliver exceptional hospitality and foodservice experiences that align with the unique atmosphere and demands of each event.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for festival operations, ensuring alignment with Levy's standards of excellence and the specific needs of each event.
  • Develops strategic framework to grow and enhance revenues at Festival accounts.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversees our operational partners, ensuring they execute events to our operational and hospitality standards.
  • Owns the project planning process and manages stakeholders to ensure key milestones are hit and we are operationally set for opening day.
  • Create contingency plans to mitigate anticipated risks. 

Partnership Management

  • Integral in fostering and maintaining partner relationships, supports high level business reviews with senior partners.
  • Responsible for client retention, overall Leads the relationship with the most senior level client/partner contacts. Strives to anticipate and fulfill clear client/partner needs to ensure long-term contract stability and business growth.
  • Focuses on business renewals, special projects and seeking new business streams and new client relationships.

Team Development

  • Uses Company recognition framework to celebrate achievements, performance and personal events. Ensures open communication and understanding between Home Office disciplines and operations.
  • Promotes and instills Levy philosophies and business standards throughout all levels of management within Region.
  • Promotes a team building and cooperative work environment that maximizes productivity and morale.

Innovation and Growth

  • Ensures “show quality” aspects of execution across all Festivals.
  • Strategically drives creative and innovative ideas to enhance all operations.
  • Supports the implementation of new Company initiatives to ensure proper introduction and execution.

Experience

  • Minimum of five to seven years of multi-account management as District Manager or above.
  • Experience in the food service industry including a vast knowledge of establishing client relations and maintaining long term client relationships

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise of the P&L impact and accounting practices
  • Possess strong project management skills. 
  • Strong communication and client management skills
