Boeing has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Equipment Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Recognized as a job expert within the department/organization.
- Performs work with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment.
- Effects of decisions are long lasting and heavily influence the future course of the organization. Errors in judgment or failure to achieve results may result in the significant expenditure of company resources.
- Maintaining running knowledge of equipment life-cycle status across multiple sites.
- Long-range business planning of flightline equipment needs.
- Coordinating with vendors and internal equipment service team for equipment status.
- Reporting out on status of equipment ensuring there’s enough equipment for stall usage.
- Will be presenting to peers, executives, and/or customers regarding equipment.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
Security Clearance & Export Control Requirements:
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to work, holidays, and weekends if needed.
- Must have strong communication skills and customer focus.
- Minimum three years of experience developing forecasts for use in long range business plans (LRBPs).
- Minimum three years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Minimum five years of experience utilizing project management tools and methods such as MS Projects, Milestones, Open Project Professional, etc.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

This position is for 1st shift.

Summary pay range for Lead Level: $100,300 – $135,700
